Web Shop Return Policy
We sincerely hope you love your purchase, however if for any reason you not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for a merchandise exchange (if possible) or store credit only. Due to the custom nature of our handmade goods, we are unable to issue refunds.
Returned item(s) must be in original, new condition, unworn with no damage and mailed back to Supply Chain within 10 days of purchase. The return shipment must include all original packaging and a copy of your receipt.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured, Supply Chain is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages in shipping.
